Here are the highlights of the December 1, 2004 Planning Advisory Board Meeting:

 

SPECIAL USE

LARRY SINGLETON, BEACH CLUB FOR THE SEA PALMS GROUP, 2080 SOUTH FLECTHER AVENUE (SU 2004-71), SPECIAL USE TO CONSTRUCT A PORCH/ TERRACES SEAWARD OF THE COASTAL CONSTRUCTION LINE, INCLUDING GENERAL REPAIRS AND RE-MODELING.   Motion to approve and forward to City Commission subject to any restrictions or modifications by DEP.  Motion 2nd.  AIF.

 

VACATION OF RIGHT OF WAY

OCEAN VIEW VILLA, LOTS 1-5, BLOCK G DOLPHIN STREET (VA 2004-85), VACATION OF RIGHT OF WAY ON DOLPHIN STREET TO CONSTRUCT CONDOMINIUMS.   Per City Attorney tabled until next meeting due to in proper advertising.

 

PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT

COUNTRYSIDE APARTMENTS, PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD0385) ON SOUTH 13TH STREET (PUD 2004-91), DISSOLVING RESOLUTION 778.   The property was never developed, but when approved it was approved at 6 units per acre.  Housing authority would like to put low income apartment on the property and increase density.  Motion to dissolve resolution, which is for the deed restriction only.  Motion 2nd.  AIF.
